Review Summary: Good overview of the process - but a bit dated
Review: This edition is a bit old now, a lot has changed in the last few years, including Murcia (Costa Calida) actually being on the map ;-) As with many guidebooks on Spain, my favourite region gets very little mention. The house prices mentioned in 2004 were certainly surpassed, but who knows with the "Spanish property crash" maybe these prices will soon be current again! It's quite a light book, but gives a good overview of the process and I like that it covers all of the areas (renting, letting, buying, selling)
